Role Overview: Ethos Education seeks a skilled and passionate Admission Counselor to mentor high school students and support their journey toward admission to leading universities across the USA, UK, and Canada. This role is designed for professionals who combine strategic thinking with a genuine commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Counsel and mentor students aiming for top global universities.
- Application Guidance: Guide students on college shortlisting, essays, LORs, and interview preparation.
- Sales & Enrollment: Drive student enrollments by conducting high-impact consultations; convert leads into active students by effectively communicating the value of Ethos Education’s services.
- Project Supervision:



Ideate and supervise independent academic and creative projects.
- Communication: Maintain robust communication with students and parents to ensure alignment.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on global admissions trends and requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 year of experience in education counseling or admissions mentoring.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of global university admissions processes (USA, UK, Canada, Australia).
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to coach and counsel students effectively.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
