Job Description: Enterprise Sales & Partnerships Lead - Influencer Marketing Platform

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected sales qualified to drive corporate partnerships and client acquisition for our influencer marketing platform. The role involves identifying business opportunities, pitching integrated influencer-led campaigns, and building long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for the influencer marketing platform across corporates, brands, agencies, startups, and government/public sector campaigns
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Pitch influencer marketing solutions, creator campaigns, digital integrations, and branded collaborations
- Build and manage relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, brand managers, media agencies, and decision-makers
- Create proposals, presentations, and commercial plans tailored to client objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Coordinate internally with influencer, content,



and campaign teams for seamless execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging creator economy opportunities
- 4-10 years of experience in:
- Influencer marketing
- Digital/media sales
- Advertising agencies
- Brand partnerships
- Enterprise/B2B sales
- Marketing solutions sales
- Strong corporate network and relationship-building ability
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Understanding of influencer ecosystem, digital campaigns, social media metrics, and ROI
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with aggressive growth goals

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Media, or related field preferred
- Experience working with brands, agencies, creators, or media platforms is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹11,285.19 - ₹75,000.00 per month
