Job Summary

We are a growing startup company looking for a positive, supportive, and committed individual to join us as a Sales & Operations Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and excited to work directly with the founders to help build the company from scratch. We are looking for a long-term team member who believes in growing together and contributing meaningfully to the company’s journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the founders and support day-to-day sales and operations activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, and basic contract management.
- Support order execution, follow-ups, and smooth operational workflows.
- Conduct market research and assist in planning sales and business strategies.
- Track business performance and support achievement of sales and operational targets.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.




- Take ownership of tasks and contribute hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
