Key Responsibilities
- Improve user experience by identifying usability issues and proposing thoughtful design solutions
- Ensure design consistency across all products by following and evolving design systems and style guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) throughout the design lifecycle
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and incorporate user feedback into design iterations
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing interfaces
- Maintain and update UI components, patterns, and documentation
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Solid portfolio showcasing wireframes, UX improvements, and UI design consistency
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
- Experience creating wireframes,



prototypes, and design systems
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience working with developers and understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JS)
- Experience in usability testing and UX research methods
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience designing for SaaS, mobile apps, or large-scale platforms
