Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Management: Generate leads, build networks, and nurture client relationships. Property Marketing: List properties with photos, host open houses, and run advertising campaigns. Client Guidance: Advise on market conditions, pricing, potential growth, and financing/mortgage options. Transaction Management: Schedule showings, conduct inspections, present offers, mediate negotiations, and prepare/review contracts (deeds, leases, purchase agreements). Market Expertise: Stay updated on trends, zoning, regulations, and property valuations. Common Skills & Qualifications Sales and Marketing Skills Strong Negotiation & Communication Time Management & Organization Customer Service Orientation Knowledge of Real Estate Law & Regulations Licensed Real Estate Agent (where required)
Pay: ₹12,433.38 - ₹16,852.51 per month
