Event Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, organise, and execute a wide range of events. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, corporate partners, vendors, volunteers, and beneficiaries to ensure successful delivery of events such as job fairs, placement drives, corporate activity events, sports events (cricket matches, marathons), community outreach, and awareness programmes.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and logistics
- Liaise with internal teams for beneficiary participation, branding, communication, and approvals
- Manage event registrations, guest lists, invitations, and confirmations




- Oversee on-ground execution of events and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate volunteers, and support staff during events
- Handle post-event reporting, documentation, feedback collection, and impact reporting
- Experience in organising large-scale job fairs or corporate events
- Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to work on weekends and travel for events when required
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; event tools are a plus
- Sensitivity towards social causes and working with diverse communities
