Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineer and BE Civil Engineer

Language: English, Kannada, Hindi.

Role Overview

A Civil Site Engineer oversees day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and project managers
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Manage materials, labor, and equipment efficiently
- Interpret engineering drawings and provide guidance to workers
- Maintain records of work,



including measurements and site activities
- Ensure proper use of construction methods and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good project management and organizational skills
- Robust communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or other engineering software
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Work Environment
- Primarily based on construction sites
- May involve working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Requires coordination with multiple teams and stakeholders

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
