Job Title: Site Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision
- Oversee daily site activities and progress of work
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, layouts, and plans
- Monitor quality of construction and on-site workmanship
- Ensure adherence to timelines and milestones

Contractor & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors
- Allocate tasks and track daily output
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower
- Resolve on-site issues and delays proactively

Planning & Coordination
- Assist in planning site activities and sequencing of work
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineers as required
- Support implementation of landscaping, roads,



utilities, and site infrastructure

Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety practices are followed on site
- Maintain basic site discipline and cleanliness
- Ensure work complies with local guidelines and project standards

Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily site progress reports
- Track material usage and site inventory
- Report challenges, delays, or risks to management
- Maintain basic site records and photographs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
