About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive / Assistant who has 2-3 years of hands-on experience specifically in the liquor/alcoholic beverage industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Market Development
- Support the execution of sales strategies for the company's alcoholic beverage brands.
- Coordinate with liquor distributors, dealers, retailers, and sales representatives.
- Follow up on orders, stock availability, product movement, and sales.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand market conditions and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Identify current business opportunities and potential markets.
- Monitor product availability and visibility across assigned markets.
- Support the sales team in increasing distribution and market penetration.

Distributor & Retailer Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with distributors and retailers.
- Track distributor orders, stock levels, sales, and outstanding requirements.




- Coordinate with distributors regarding product availability and market demand.
- Monitor market-level activities and provide feedback to management.
- Support the sales team in resolving distributor and retailer issues.
- Maintain updated records of distributors, retailers, orders, and market activities.

Brand Marketing & Promotions
- Assist in executing alcoholic beverage brand marketing and promotional activities.
- Support permitted brand activations, events, tastings, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with promoters, agencies, distributors, and internal teams.
- Support product launches and market introduction activities.
- Assist in developing brand visibility and awareness within permitted channels.
- Monitor competitor brands, pricing, promotions, and market activities.

Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
