What You’ll Do
- Shoot 2-3 reels per week, mixing handheld talking-head content with locked-off product and concept work
- Edit reels end-to-end: cuts, sound design, type, color
- Collaborate on concept short films around individual pieces — mood boards, lighting, shot lists
- Use AI video tools (Runway, Sora, Veo) for sequences where they serve the idea
- Maintain a consistent visual standard across the feed
- Manage your own files, gear, and project organisation

You Should Have
- Solid eye for composition and natural light
- Editing skill in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro — pacing, sound design, restraint with type
- A portfolio of reels or short films you’ve both shot and cut
- The ability to take direction and run with it

Bonus




- Hands-on experience with Kling, Seedance, Sora, or similar AI video tools
- Basic motion graphics (After Effects)
- Color grading experience
- Past work with product, interior, fashion, or hospitality brands

Logistics

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
