Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, and teas as per standard recipes
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista counter and equipment
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
- Handle cash/POS transactions accurately (if required)
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the café

Requirements & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Barista (freshers with training can apply)
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing,



and latte art (preferred)
- Basic understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavors
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Team player with a positive attitude
