Job Role

We are looking for experienced Sales Callers & Closers who can:
- Call warm and cold leads in the USA market
- Speak professionally with business owners
- Book qualified appointments
- Follow up with interested leads
- Help our team close clients
- Update call notes in CRM
- Use scripts provided by us
- Consistently hit daily and weekly targets

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience:
- Strong spoken English
- Neutral / American-friendly accent preferred
- Experience in cold calling / telesales / BPO / SaaS sales
- Confident on phone calls
- Strong objection handling skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Laptop/Desktop with headset
- Self-disciplined and target-driven

Compensation

First Month: Performance-based pay
- Commission per sale closed
- Incentive per qualified appointment booked
