Job Description of Telecaller - Outreach & Events Promotion

Purpose of the Role:
To actively promote Shreyas Foundation’s outreach programs, educational activities, campus events, and venue offerings through structured tele-calling, ensuring increased participation, engagement, and institutional collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outreach Calling & Promotion
- Make outbound calls to parents, students, schools, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Promote Shreyas Foundation’s outreach programs, training activities, workshops, and events.
- Explain program details, benefits, schedules, and participation process clearly.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate new leads for participation in various programs and events.
- Follow up on existing leads and inquiries to convert them into enrolments.
- Maintain a structured database of prospects and track communication status.

3. Event & Venue Promotion
- Reach out to institutions and organizations to promote campus facilities for events.
- Coordinate with potential clients for bookings of campus venues (educational visits,



workshops, cultural events, etc.).
- Support in increasing external engagement and utilization of campus infrastructure.

4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, educators, institutions, and partners.
- Ensure polite, qualified, and engaging communication at all times.

5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up logs.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, responses received, and conversions achieved.
- Update databases regularly.

6. Coordination
- Work closely with Outreach and Event teams for updated program information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of confirmed enrolments / events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
