Job Title: PLC-Based Forming Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC-Based Forming Machine Operator responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated forming machines controlled by PLC systems. The role focuses on ensuring productive production, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing downtime through proactive machine handling and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor PLC-controlled forming machines as per production requirements
- Set and adjust machine parameters such as speed, pressure, and temperature based on product specifications
- Read and interpret PLC interface for machine status, alarms, and fault diagnosis
- Conduct routine machine inspections and perform preventive maintenance checks
- Troubleshoot basic PLC-related issues in coordination with maintenance and electrical teams
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of production logs, downtime,



and maintenance activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure safe machine operations at all times
- Minimize material wastage and optimize machine performance and efficiency
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for continuous process improvement

Skills & Competencies:
- Working knowledge of PLC systems and automated machinery
- Understanding of forming machines and manufacturing processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical parameters and machine interfaces
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field
- Hands-on experience in operating PLC-based machines (preferably forming machines)
