Job Title: HR Executive

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding

2. HR Operations:
- Manage employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Handle documentation, offer letters, and HR policies

3. Administrative Work:
- Oversee daily administrative activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
- Manage vendor coordination and office requirements

4. Employee Engagement & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Ensure a positive work environment
- Support employee engagement initiatives

Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure HR compliance and company policies are followed
- Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a lean team
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR tools
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
