Job Description - RMA Executive

Position: RMA Executive

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Handle RMA requests and process returned devices efficiently.
- Diagnose and categorize returned products.
- Coordinate with repair and service teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain RMA documentation and inventory records.
- Ensure proper tracking of repaired and replacement devices.

Required Skills:
- Tech-savvy with sound computer knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirement (RMA Role)
- Knowledge of mobile device troubleshooting and repair processes will be preferred.

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience in, RMA, Electronics, Mobile Repair, or Service Center operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,029.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
