We are seeking a proactive, client-focused sales professional to spearhead our outreach to Mumbai’s Architect and Interior Designer (A&D;) community. In this role, you will act as a consultative brand representative—building rapport with design studios, presenting material catalogs/samples, getting our modular products specified in active commercial/residential drawings, and managing project closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Studio Outreach & Networking: Identify, visit, and build sustained relationships with principal architects, interior designers, and project management consultants (PMCs) across Mumbai.
- Architect Specification: Conduct product/material catalog presentations, supply physical samples, and get our products specified in active interior layout drawings and project tenders.
- Site Coordination & Requirement Gathering: Visit active client sites, understand space requirements, take basic measurements, and coordinate with internal design/production teams for quick quote turnarounds.
- Pipeline Management:



Maintain disciplined follow-ups across long project specification cycles using CRM/tracking sheets, ensuring leads do not drop off.
- Commercials & Collections: Assist in closing commercial proposals and coordinate milestone-based payment collections from clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1.5 to 3.5 years of proven experience in B2B field sales, architectural materials (laminates, tiles, hardware, lighting, commercial furniture), or turnkey interior fit-outs.
- Communication: Polished English and Hindi communication with the ability to articulate material finishes, specs, and design details professionally.
- Mobility:Must own a two-wheeler and possess high stamina for daily city transit (4-6 studio/site meetings per day).
- Mindset: Consultative approach with strong objection-handling ability and an appetite to maximize earnings via performance incentives.
