Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive at Vasda Punjab will be responsible for promoting the Punjabi podcast channel across digital and offline platforms, driving audience growth, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting partnerships and sponsorship initiatives. The role requires creativity, understanding of Punjabi culture, digital marketing skills, and passion for media and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote podcast episodes, shows, and special series.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Create engaging promotional content, captions, reels, posters, and short video clips.
- Coordinate with the production team for episode promotions and release calendars.
- Track performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, and subscriber growth.

Brand Promotion & Audience Growth:
- Develop strategies to increase subscribers,



listeners, and followers.
- Promote Vasda Punjab through collaborations with influencers, artists, journalists, and creators.
- Represent the channel during events, interviews, and public interactions when required.
- Ensure brand voice and Punjabi cultural authenticity across all communications.

Sponsorships & Partnerships:
- Identify and approach potential sponsors, advertisers, and brand partners.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and sponsorship plans.
- Coordinate with local businesses, NGOs, and community organizations for partnerships.

Market Research & Reporting:
- Conduct research on trending topics, audience preferences, and competitor channels.
- Collect feedback and insights to improve content reach and marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and growth updates for management.

Skills & Competencies:
- Robust communication skills in Punjabi (mandatory)
