Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct Patient Care: Assisting with mobility, transferring patients, washing, dressing, and serving meals to ensure comfort.
- Clinical Support: Monitoring and recording vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse), collecting lab specimens, and changing dressings.
- Operational Support: Sterilizing medical equipment, keeping supplies stocked,



and ensuring a sanitary, safe environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Updating patient records, handling scheduling, and communicating with medical staff.
- Patient Advocacy: Providing emotional support and acting as a bridge between patients, families, and senior medical staff.
