Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Project Execution
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space plans using company furniture products
- Create mood boards, concept presentations, and material palettes aligned with client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and renderings for client approval
- Customize furniture designs in coordination with the product development and production teams

Client & Sales Support
- Work closely with sales teams to support client proposals and presentations
- Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Offer professional advice on furniture selection, finishes, ergonomics, and space optimization

Product Development
- Collaborate with R&D; and manufacturing teams to contribute to new furniture designs
- Assist in developing modular furniture concepts and collections
- Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost‑effective, and aligned with brand standards

Coordination & Quality Control
- Coordinate with factory, vendors,



and site teams to ensure accurate execution of designs
- Verify drawings, specifications, materials, and finishes before production
- Conduct site visits (when required) to monitor installation and resolve design issues

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and furniture detailing
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools:
- Knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, construction methods, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Furniture Design:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience (experience in a furniture manufacturing company pref
