THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, hungry, and self-driven Growth & Marketing Intern to work directly with the Founder on live client projects, business development, and growth strategy. This is not a watch-and-learn internship — you will be in the trenches, contributing to real deliverables for real clients from Day 1.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Client Project Delivery:Assist in delivering end-to-end client projects across brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, and growth consulting




- Growth Strategy:Contribute to growth strategy formulation for both Brand Vibe and its clients — including GTM plans, competitive analysis, and market sizing
- Content & Social Media:Create compelling content for LinkedIn (posts, carousels, articles), Instagram, and other digital channels for Brand Vibe and client brands
- Pitch & Proposal Support:Build pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and client-facing documents with strategic rigour and visual polish
- Analytics & Reporting:Track campaign performance, prepare MIS dashboards, and derive actionable insights from marketing data

WHO YOU ARE
- Graduate (any discipline) and currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM/equivalent preferred)
- Genuine passion for digital marketing, branding, and growth strategy — you consume marketing content, not just study it
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft transparent, persuasive content
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Workspace,
