Sentosa Developers is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor & Graphic Designer who understands modern marketing tools, including AI-based design and editing platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Designing:
- Create social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Design ad banners for Google & Meta campaigns
- Develop brochures, hoardings, and print creatives
- Create campaign creatives for launches & offers
- Maintain premium branding consistency

Video Editing:
- Edit Instagram & Facebook Reels
- Create cinematic walkthrough videos
- Edit site progress & testimonial videos
- Add subtitles, transitions, music & motion graphics
- Optimize short-form content for paid campaigns

AI Tools & Automation:
- Use AI tools for image enhancement, background removal, and upscaling
- Use AI for faster reel generation and subtitle automation
- Create AI-assisted ad creatives
- Improve productivity using AI-based design tools




- Stay updated with latest AI content creation trends

Software & Tools Required:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut
- Canva
- Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., AI image generators, auto-caption tools, background remover, AI editing assistants)
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills

Preferred:
- Experience in Real Estate marketing
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Experience creating ad-ready performance creatives
- Understanding of social media trends & performance marketing
- Ability to work in fast-paced real estate setting
- Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
- Portfolio mandatory
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative acceleration preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
