Dispatch Supervisor

Location: Ravki, Rajkot

Job Overview

Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, QC, and Transport teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.
- Prepare and verify Dispatch Challans, Invoices, E-Way Bills, and LR documents.
- Supervise packing, loading, and vehicle dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement.
- Follow up with transporters to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.




- Experience in foundry or casting industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation, logistics, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP software and MS Excel.
- Positive communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
