Hiring: Pre-Sales Executive | Real Estate

The Qualified Reach is hiring for one of the client, a leading CP Firm, for the position of Pre-Sales Executive.

Location: Wakad, Pune
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Industry: Real Estate / Channel Partner
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- Experience in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Real Estate preferred
- Real estate background will be an added advantage:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up with property leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
- Support the team in lead conversion and achieving sales targets
