PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for:
Calling → Connecting → Understanding → Qualifying → Follow-up → Appointment Setting → CRM Update





The primary objective is to convert available leads and prospect databases into qualified business conversations and appointments for the Business Development/Sales Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Outbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective MSMEs, manufacturers and entrepreneurs.
- Contact leads received through:
- Website
- Digital marketing
- Social media
- Campaigns
- Existing databases
- Referrals
- Events and exhibitions
- Business networks
- Introduce Amplus professionally.
- Understand the prospect's basic requirement.
- Create interest in a relevant discussion.

2. Lead Qualification

Ask relevant questions to understand:
- Business/industry
- Manufacturing activity
- Business location
- Recent project or existing business
- Expansion/modernization plans
- Approximate investment
- Machinery purchase/plans
- MSME/Udyam status
- Subsidy/ince
