The Spirited Spot (TSS) is a high-energy bar and dining destination built around global food, craft cocktails, live music and warm hospitality.

After establishing TSS in Nagpur, we have now opened our Pune outlet in Baner.

For many guests, their experience with TSS begins even before they enter the restaurant — with a phone call, WhatsApp message or reservation enquiry.

We want that first interaction to feel warm, professional and helpful.

ROLE

We are looking for a smart and well-spoken Reservation Executive to manage guest reservations, calls and enquiries for TSS Pune.

The person should have excellent English communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner and the confidence to communicate with different types of guests.

This role requires someone who is organised, quick and genuinely good at talking to people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




- Attend incoming reservation calls professionally.
- Respond to guest enquiries over phone and WhatsApp.
- Manage daily table reservations accurately.
- Confirm reservations with guests and maintain proper records.
- Understand table availability, seating areas and reservation timings.
- Coordinate closely with the Guest Relationship Manager and Restaurant Manager.
- Communicate waiting times and availability clearly.
- Handle reservation changes and cancellations.
- Follow up on large group and special-event enquiries.
- Record key guest requirements and special requests.
- Coordinate birthday, anniversary and celebration reservations.
- Maintain a database of regular guests and their preferences.
- Inform guests about live music, Sunday brunch, Happy Hours and special events.
