1. Regular field visits to farmers’ farms and villages. 2. Crop inspection & problem diagnosis (pest, disease, nutrition, growth issues). 3. Suggest correct treatment, spray program & crop management plan. 4. Recommend suitable seeds, pesticides, fertilizers & bio products from our store. 5. Build robust relationships with farmers and maintain their trust. 6. Follow up on crop performance and treatment results. 7. Generate product sales and farmer orders. 8. Maintain visit records & farmer data Coordinate with store team for supply and delivery.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
