We are looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker to design, manufacture, assemble, maintain, and repair press tools, dies, and fixtures used in sheet metal stamping operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, assemble, and trial press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per drawings
- Maintain and repair existing tools to ensure consistent production quality
- Attend breakdowns of press tools during production and rectify issues promptly
- Modify tools as per engineering changes or production feedback
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Design teams for tool improvements
- Ensure proper tool storage, identification, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain tool room records, tool history, and spare parts inventory
- Follow safety standards and 5S practices in the tool room
- Support current product development and tool trials

Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal press tools (cutting, bending, forming, progressive dies)
- Ability to read and interpret tool drawings and component drawings:
- Hands-on experience with lathe, milling,



surface grinding, drilling, fitting operations
- Understanding of tool steels, heat treatment, and clearances
- Basic knowledge of press machines and stamping processes

Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making / Fitter / Machinist:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a tool room for sheet metal industry
- Experience in automotive or industrial component manufacturing preferred

- Good coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours during tool trials or breakdowns

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
