- Should have Solutioning or Sales exposure.
- Experience in TOM (Target Operating Model)
- Excellent experience in Process Transformation.
- Client relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Automation & RPA Exposure and Experience

Primary Skills:
- 16-22 years of proven experience in BPO in a global complex workplace
- Additional Certification are desired like Lean/Six Sigma
- Should have led large client Delivery/Transformation delivery in the F&A; space




- Subject matter expert in the F&A; domain - has a high level of expertise on Record to Report (R2R) processes including Controllership & Analysis, with a good level of understanding on P2P and O2C
- Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including Automation using Industry Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills

Secondary Skills:
- Leading multiple Service lines for a large Account in a matrix reporting relationship
- Prior experience in an MNC or BPO work culture
- Very good communication skills (both written and oral);
- Ability and comfort interacting with mid-management on client’s side;
- Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office;
- Must have experience with process design and documentation
- Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail
