Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career benefits clearly
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate counseling
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and enrollments in CRM or Excel
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
- Handle objections professionally and close admissions
- Coordinate with the counseling and academic team when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional conduct

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Education Counselor / Tele-Sales Executive
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institute, or Coaching Center preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage)




- Robust convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of calls connected per day
- Lead follow-ups and conversions
- Monthly enrollment targets achieved
- Data accuracy and reporting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
