Work From Home, USA Truck Dispatcher

Minimum 1 year US Dispatcher Experience Required,

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiate freight rates with brokers and customers to ensure competitive lane pricing for drivers
- Dispatches drivers and provides routing directions, loading/unloading instructions, and other shipment information as needed
- Provide shipment tracking updates to customers and track shipments to verify on-time pickups and delivery
- Dispatch all loads in a timely manner to ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction
- General knowledge of DOT laws and guidelines
- 1 year of US Truck Dispatch work experience,
- Computer literacy and have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and initiative
