Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- For Senior Faculty: Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in JEE coaching with a demonstrable track record of student success (high ranks/selection rates).
- For Junior Faculty: Strong academic record (Engg/M.Sc./Ph.D. in relevant field) with a passion for teaching.
1+ year of teaching experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the JEE syllabus and exam pattern.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
