Job Purpose

Qualification:
Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate MBA ( Human Resources)

Relevant Experience:
4-6 years of experience in field of HR operations

Responsibilities
- Maintaining CVs, Screening and short listing CVs, conducting preliminary round of interview & Salary discussions for staff.
- To independently handle the Recruitment of Paramedical and Support staff’s.
- To Co-ordinate for c-First background verification.
- To issue the Appointment Letter for new joined staff.
- To be responsible for full and final Settlements.
- To prepare monthly HR reports.
- To maintain and update personnel records of all employees in AHB (Master Data) and HMS software.
- To Process monthly Salary of all employees on roll.
- Preparation of MIS reports.
