nCompensation: Up to ₹8.6 Lakh first-year total value — ₹3.6 LPA Fixed + up to ₹2 Lakh Performance Variable + ₹3 Lakh ESOP grant at joining
nWorking Days: Monday–Saturday
nWorking Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

nAbout the Role
nAs a Graduate Trainee – Business Development, you will interact with students and working professionals who are exploring higher education and upskilling programmes.
nYou will understand their background, career goals and requirements, help them evaluate suitable programmes, answer their questions and guide them through the enrolment process.
nThis is a customer-facing, phone-based and target-driven inside sales role.
nPrevious sales experience is not required.
nWe are primarily looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, confidence, learning ability, ambition and the right attitude.
