nRole Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Support Lead / Senior MuleSoft Support Engineer to manage production support, API maintenance, incident resolution, and minor enhancement activities on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Mule 4, API integrations, troubleshooting, ticket governance, and production support operations.
nMandatory Skills (Must Have)

- 7-10 years of experience in MuleSoft application support and API maintenancen
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting APIs using MuleSoft Mule 4.4+n
- Hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platformn




- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XMLn
- Good understanding of DataWeave 2.0n
- Experience with Mule 4 flows, connectors, and error handling frameworksn
- Robust understanding of integration patterns including:n
- Point-to-Pointn
- Publish-Subscriben
- Experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshootingn
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket managementn
- Working knowledge of Git or any version control systemn
- Experience working in Agile and SDLC environmentsn
- Willingness to work in shifts and support global operationsn
