nWe are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to generate new business, build strong client relationships and drive qualified sales opportunities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and networkingn
- Prospect and connect with IT managers, decisionmakers and business leadersn
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetingsn
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BMS solutionsn
- Manage opportunities from lead generation to proposal and closuren
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal technical teamsn




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update the CRMn
- Build and maintain long-term client relationshipsn
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targetsn

nRequirements

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B / IT Sales / Business Developmentn
- Proven experience in lead generation and recent client acquisitionn
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsn
- Good understanding of IT products and servicesn
- Confident in cold calling and client meetingsn
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skillsn
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivatedn
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and CRM is preferredn
