nAbout the Role
nWe’re looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to open the right doors and close the right deals.
nThis is a high-ownership, revenue-driving role where you will lead new business for Idea Mint across the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and relationship building to pitching, negotiating, and closing.

nIf you come from an advertising or marketing agency background, understand how agencies sell, and have an active network in the ecosystem — this role is built for you.

nResponsibilities-

- n
- Drive current business acquisition across industries and categoriesn
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → outreach → discovery → pitch → proposal → closuren
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM toolsn
- Partner with Strategy & Creative teams to craft impactful pitch presentationsn
- Represent Idea Mint at industry events, marketing forums,



and client meetingsn
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure smooth client onboardingn
- Track pipeline health, conversions, and revenue forecasts and report to leadershipn
- Mentor and manage BD Executive & Coordinatorn

nRequirements-
n
- n
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within an advertising or marketing agencyn
- Proven track record of closing accounts and achieving revenue targetsn
- Strong understanding of agency offerings (branding, digital, content, campaigns, etc.)n
- Confident presenter - comfortable pitching to CMOs, founders, and senior stakeholdersn
- Existing network of marketing decision-makers is a big advantagen
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsn
- Fluent in English,Hindi (spoken & written) and Marathi (Comprehensible)n
