nWe have Job Opportunity for Project Controller for our organization _ Thermon India Pvt Ltd

nJob Location - Vikhroli West
n

nExperience - 10 plus years into Project Controls in EPC sector in Engineering with proficiency in tools like Microsoft project, Primavera (P6) client software and Primavera web.
n

nInternational exposure into EMEA and APAC, North America will be preferred.
n

nRole & responsibilities
n1. Planning & Scheduling
n
- n
- Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using tools such as e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.n
- Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) aligned with scope and contract requirements.n
- Monitor schedule progress, identify deviations, and propose mitigation actions.n
- Conduct schedule risk assessments and scenario analysis.n
- Help setup non-technical project documents.n

n2. Cost Management & Forecasting
n
- n
- Prepare and maintain project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.n
- Track committed and actual costs and analyse variances (cost overruns,



underruns, trends).n
- Support monthly cost reporting and cashflow planning.n
- Ensure alignment between schedule activities and cost breakdown structures.n

n3. Performance Measurement & Reporting
n
- n
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost, schedule, and productivity.n
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and analyse CPI, SPI, and variance results.n
- Provide explicit, concise progress reports for internal and client stakeholders.n
- Support project reviews, gate meetings, and executive briefings.n
- Monitor document issue dates when linked to LDs.n

n4. Risk & Change Management

- Support the identification and assessment of project risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.n
- Track change requests, support impact evaluations, and maintain change logs.n
