THE ROLE
Sell Arcrix to banks and other financial institutions. It's a platform that shows them where their cryptography is weak today, what quantum will break tomorrow, what to fix first, and how to prove the plan to a regulator. We're IIT-incubated and built to NIST's post-quantum standards, and the regulators (RBI, SEBI, CERT-In, and the global PQC deadlines) are turning this from a nice-to-have into something these institutions have to do.
We need someone who can walk into a bank, build the relationship, and close. Not generate leads and hand them off. Close.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You run the whole cycle, from the first conversation to the signed contract.
• Open and own relationships with CISOs, Heads of Risk, Compliance heads, and CIOs at Indian banks, NBFCs, asset managers, and insurers.
• Qualify, scope, pull in our engineers for the technical validation, get through procurement and security review, and sign the deal.
• Grow the accounts you win: renewals and expansion, not one-and-done.
• Tell us what you're hearing from customers so we sharpen the pitch and the product.



You'll help write the playbook, not inherit one.
• Hold your own in a room full of security architects. You don't need to be a cryptographer, but you need to keep up with one and know when to bring an engineer in.
WHAT YOU NEED
• 6 to 10 years selling cybersecurity to Indian financial institutions. You know how these institutions buy, who actually signs, how long it takes, and how to get a deal through a committee that says no for a living.
• A real closing record. Tell us about deals you closed: how big, how long, who you won over. Not pipeline you built for someone else to close. If your last job was lead-gen or pre-sales, this probably isn't it.
• You're comfortable early. We're building the sales motion, not running a finished one. You like that.
• You know the FI compliance world (RBI, SEBI, CERT-In, DPDP, PCI) and how it drives a security purchase.
