Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials, specialising in General Ledger. The role will support functional delivery across a complex Oracle setting, working across both EBS and Fusion Cloud.

Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials, with a primary focus on General Ledger.
- Support the design, configuration, and optimisation of Oracle GL processes.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into appropriate Oracle solutions.
- Support General Ledger activities including accounting, journals, ledgers, calendars, currencies, intercompany, allocations, and period close.
- Work across EBS and Fusion Cloud environments, supporting transformation and integration between platforms.
- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design,



and functional documentation.
- Support testing, including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and regression testing.
- Investigate and resolve functional issues across Oracle Financials.
- Work closely with technical, integration, reporting, and data migration teams.
- Support data migration and reconciliation activities where required.
- Provide guidance on Oracle Financials best practice and help identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle General Ledger.
- Proven experience across Oracle GL implementations, upgrades, transformations, or support engagements.
- Strong understanding of core financial accounting and period-end close processes.
