Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations (Training) team at MMA, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in GGN. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
nLead Specialist - Training
nThe Learning and Development Specialist will support the Learning & Development team in delivering training programs and materials that enhance colleague skills and knowledge enterprise-wide.
nThis role will assist with course design, virtual training delivery, and administrative support for learning systems. The Learning and Development Specialist will work closely with Senior Learning and Development Specialists and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business needs and compliance standards.

- Collaborate with operations SMEs/onshore, facilitate & conduct training for the respective capability dev/ domain/ technical learning needn




- Training need identification with respective business stakeholdersn
- Plan, track and report the trainings & certification progress for various learning projects (BAU/ Right shoring) across Domain and other learningsn
- Assist Senior Learning and Development Specialists with the instructional design and development of system and procedure training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses (virtual hybrid and in-person), blended learning programs and other materials.n
- Deliver virtual training sessions and assist with face-to-face workshops as requiredn
- Create, maintain and update training content on the on SharePoint, Degreed pathways, and Workday, and Articulate Storyline as requiredn
- Collaborate with HR and L&D; teams to align training with regional and enterprise frameworks and prioritiesn
