Job Title: Training Quality Auditor
nDepartment: Learning & Development
nLocation: Field-based — travel to client/training sites
nEmployment Type: Full-time contract
nRole Purpose
nTo visit training sites and observe live sessions conducted by Technofocus trainers, evaluate the quality of delivery against defined standards, and submit structured feedback to management.
nKey Responsibilities

- Evaluate trainer performance on content delivery, clarity, pacing, engagement, and adherence to the approved curriculumn
- Assess use of training materials, participant engagement, and overall session conductn
- Complete standardized observation and evaluation checklists during each visitn
- Critique sessions objectively, documenting strengths, gaps, and specific areas for improvementn
- Prepare and submit structured feedback reports to management after each site visitn
- Flag deviations from approved content or delivery standards for follow-upn
- Maintain tracker of trainers evaluated,



ratings, and recommended actionsn
- Coordinate visit schedules with site/training coordinatorsn

nRequirements
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in education, training, or a related fieldn
- 5+ years of experience in training delivery, instructional evaluation, or training quality auditn
- Willingness to travel extensively to training sitesn
- Solid observational skills and ability to assess training quality objectivelyn
- Excellent written communication skills for feedback report writingn
- Comfortable delivering constructive, direct critiquen
- Ability to work independently on a travel-heavy schedulen
