Area Sales Manager – Government & Military Hospitals

Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 4–6 Years
Annual CTC: Up to ₹6.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Government and Military Hospital accounts.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, purchase departments, medical professionals, and institutional stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle the complete institutional sales cycle, including enquiries, quotations, tenders, negotiations, and order closures.
- Identify and participate in relevant government/defence procurement opportunities and tenders.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong account relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain regular sales reports, customer databases, and pipeline updates.

Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of relevant sales experience in dealing with Government Hospitals and Military/Defence Hospitals.
- Solid experience in institutional / government sales, preferably in the medical devices, healthcare, or medical equipment industry.
- Good understanding of government procurement, tendering, and institutional sales processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and business-development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR as required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
