Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Channel Sales (Dealer & Distributor Network) and Rooftop EPC - C& I Segment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop business through Dealer & Distributor networks and C& I Rooftop Solar opportunities. Identify and develop new channel partners, EPCs, corporate and industrial customers. Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships. Prepare commercial proposals, support negotiations and drive order closures. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and recent business opportunities. Maintain sales MIS, forecasts, collections and regular business updates. Education




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. Experience
4-6 years of relevant sales/business development experience. Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, EPC, Channel Sales or C& I Rooftop Solar preferred. Strong experience in B2 B sales, channel development or project-based sales. Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Business development and market-development capabilities. Target-oriented approach with strong sales execution skills. Good understanding of the Solar / Renewable Energy market. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Preferred
Candidates with experience in either Dealer & Distributor Network / Channel Sales or C& I Rooftop EPC Sales will be preferred.
