We are looking for a Digital Adoption Specialist to join our team at InfoBeans in Bangalore (HSR Layout) If you have a knack for creating engaging user onboarding flows, in-app guidance, and interactive content using platforms like Whatfix , we’d love to connect. Key Details Role: Digital Adoption Specialist Experience: 2.5 – 5 years Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) – Work from Office Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) What You'll Do Design and build interactive in-app content including Flows, Tasklists, Beacons, Tooltips, and Self-Help modules. Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to understand business workflows, enterprise software, and user personas. Drive digital adoption and help end-users seamlessly onboard and navigate complex applications.



What We’re Looking For 2.5 years of experience across Instructional Design, Content Creation, Technical Writing, Customer Success, or Software Development. Familiarity with DAP tools (Whatfix experience is a strong plus). Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred. Why Join InfoBeans?
