Skills and Competencies 3–5 years of experience in strategy, customer analytics, or business intelligence, ideally within the banking industry Robust, hands-on proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; working knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, or SQL is a strong plus Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/ SFDC) for generating reports and building, maintaining, and monitoring dashboards Comfortable handling large sets of sparse and multi-source data (quantitative and qualitative); translating raw data into forecasts, ARR/ retention analysis, and portfolio-level insight that supports business decisions Demonstrated analytical thinking — able to identify patterns in data and draw sound business inferences, not simply produce reports Curious and self-directed; picks up
