Associate Vice President

nRoles & Responsibilities:
n Lead and oversee the account management team at the branch level, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and results.
n Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients at the branch level, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
n Act as a strategic advisor to branch clients, providing insights, recommendations, and innovative
nsolutions that align with their objectives and drive business impact.
n Collaborate with senior leadership at the corporate level to develop and execute branch-specific
naccount strategies, forecasts, and budgets to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
n Lead branch-level client meetings, presentations, and reviews, showcasing branch capabilities,
nresults, and value propositions.
n Drive business growth at the branch level by identifying new business opportunities,



developing
norganic growth strategies, and expanding service offerings to meet client needs.
n Ensure the successful execution of marketing and advertising campaigns at the branch level,
noverseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
n Utilize data analytics, market research, and industry insights to drive strategic decision-making at
nthe branch level, optimize campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.
n Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the branch's account
nmanagement team and across departments, promoting teamwork, creativity, and accountability.

nQualification Required:
n MBA from top tier Management Schools in India or abroad
n

nExperience Required:
n 18 - 22 years
n

nSkills/ Competencies Required:
n Candidates only from Advertising / Marketing background.
