About the RolenVayaana Interiors is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to lead the execution of commercial interior projects from planning to completion.
nThe ideal candidate should have solid experience in commercial interiors, site execution, vendor management, project planning, cost control, quality, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Plan, manage, and execute commercial interior projects as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, budget, and timelines.n
- Take complete responsibility for day-to-day site execution and project progress.n
- Coordinate with clients, PMC/consultants, architects, MEP teams, vendors, and subcontractors.n
- Manage and monitor civil, flooring, false ceiling, POP, partition, painting, electrical, plumbing,



HVAC, furniture, and other interior works.n
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower requirements, material requirements, and work plans.n
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.n
- Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance, measurements, work progress, and billing.n
- Check site measurements and verify vendor bills against actual work completed and BOQ.n
- Control project costs and identify potential delays, variations, and additional works.n
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at site.n
- Conduct regular site meetings and maintain daily/weekly project progress reports.n
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.n
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the project site.n
