nBharat Expo Feeder is an Indian manufacturing company specializing in security seals, garment accessories, cotton cords and related products. The company operates an in-house manufacturing setup and supplies products to customers across different industries.
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial records.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Day-to-Day Accounting
n
- n
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in accounting software.n
- Maintain proper books of accounts, ledgers and supporting documents.n
- Pass journal, payment, receipt, purchase and sales entries.n
- Maintain cash and bank books.n
- Ensure all accounting entries are properly supported by bills, invoices and approvals.n
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.n

n2. Sales & Purchase Accounting
n
- n
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, debit notes and credit notes.n




- Verify purchase bills against purchase orders, GRNs and supporting documents.n
- Ensure correct GST rates, HSN/SAC codes and tax calculations on invoices.n
- Record purchase and sales transactions on a timely basis.n
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Store and Sales departments for discrepancies in bills and documents.n

n3. Accounts Receivable – Customer Payments

- n
- Maintain customer-wise outstanding statements.n
- Regularly monitor accounts receivable and overdue payments.n
- Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls, WhatsApp and email.n
- Prepare ageing reports for receivables.n
- Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve differences.n
- Share payment status and outstanding reports with management.n

n4. Accounts Payable – Vendor Payments

- Verify vendor invoices before processing payments.n
