nRole Overview
n

nProdoc.ai is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to own regional revenue growth through consultative B2B SaaS sales to hospitals, super-specialty hospitals, and clinics. The RSM will manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from territory planning, prospecting and stakeholder mapping through solution discovery,



demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, closure, and handover for implementation.

nKey Accountabilities

n1. Regional Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
n

n• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for the assigned region, aligned with company revenue objectives.
n• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue/ARR targets and build a predictable pipeline to achieve them.
n• Identify priority hospital groups, super-specialty hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks and build account plans.
n• Forecast accurately, maintain pipeline hygiene, and provide regular business updates to leadership.

n2. Current Business Development

n• Build qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, referrals, networking, field activity, partnerships, and account mapping.
n• Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles and consistently convert qualified opportunities into new logos.
